All brand names, logos, and product names are proprietary to Wolf Bot AI or third parties. No license or right to use them is granted by this website.

Wolf Bot AI may remove content, terminate accounts, or discontinue services at any time, without notice, for violations or inactivity. Paid accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
Credits purchased through Wolf Bot AI are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Wolf Bot AI may deactivate accounts inactive for 24 months and delete stored data.
Free trials begin immediately upon registration and convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly subscriptions require 3 days' cancellation notice. Annual plans require 10 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Wolf Bot AI may charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of discounted periods.
You agree to indemnify and hold Wolf Bot AI harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Wolf Bot AI may modify or discontinue services without notice or liability.
Wolf Bot AI is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or losses resulting from their use.
Third-party software provided through the service is subject to each provider's own terms. Wolf Bot AI provides no warranties for such software.
WOLF BOT AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Wolf Bot AI is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) arising from use of the service. In no event shall liability exceed the amounts you paid to Wolf Bot AI.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolf Bot AI. Utah law governs all disputes, which must be resolved in Salt Lake County courts unless arbitration is required.
Wolf Bot AI is committed to robust data protection and complies with GDPR and HIPAA-aligned security standards when applicable.
User-uploaded data remains the sole property of the account holder. Wolf Bot AI does not sell or rent customer data.
We employ encryption, access controls, and risk assessments to protect personal data.
We provide tools for GDPR compliance and operate under HIPAA-aligned security protocols when handling PHI, though Wolf Bot AI is not a covered entity.
